The Brits can't get Kylie out of their head. After revving-up Glastonbury Festival on Sunday with a long-overdue Pyramid Stage performance, Kylie Minogue is chasing down another chart title.
The Aussie pop star's new hits set Step Back In Time – The Definitive Collection (BMG/Rhino) has taken a considerable lead in the chart race, outselling its nearest competitor, Lewis Capaldi’s Divinely Uninspired To A Hellish Extent (EMI), by a radio of more than 2:1 at the midweek stage, according to the Official Charts Company.
Step Back In Time, which features all seven of Minogue's U.K. chart-topping singles plus 23 of her top 10 hits, is No. 1 on the Official U.K. Albums Chart Update. If it holds its position when the weekly chart is published Friday, the former Neighbors star will have a seventh chart leader in her adopted country.
