Billie Eilish rebounds from No. 4 to No. 1 on the Billboard Artist 100 chart (dated June 8) to become the top musical act in the U.S. for a second total week, as her album When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? returns to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and the set's "Bad Guy" hits a new No. 2 high on the Billboard Hot 100.

The Artist 100 measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay, streaming and social media fan interaction to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.

Rounding out the Artist 100's top five, BTS rises 3-2; Lil Nas X jumps 7-3, revisiting his best rank; Khalid climbs 6-4; and Post Malone rises 8-5.

Meanwhile, NCT 127 hits the Artist 100 top 10 for the first time, re-entering at No. 6 thanks to the group's EP We Are Superhuman, which debuts at No. 11 on the Billboard 200 and No. 1 on the World Albums chart. The set becomes the act's highest-charting on the Billboard 200, with only BTS having ranked higher on the survey among K-pop groups.

Plus, Stray Cats debut at No. 57 on the Artist 100, as the Brian Setzer-led rockabilly group's new set 40 begins at No. 93 on the Billboard 200, marking the band's first entry since 1989 and highest rank since 1984.
