Plus, Miguel and Anitta debut on the Latin Pop Albums chart.

Sebastian Yatra and Reik’s “Un Año” hits No. 1 on the Latin Airplay chart dated April 20 as it surges 16-1 in its eighth week. It dethrones Pedro Capo and Farruko’s “Calma” from its one-week reign.

Yatra and Reik’s first collaboration rises with a lofty 169% surge in audience impressions (to 16.5 million) earned in the week ending April 14, according to Nielsen Music.

“Un Año” is the second single of Yatra’s sophomore album Fantasía released April 12. With the new song’s move Yatra secures his third Latin Airplay No. 1, all of which have been through collaborations: “Robarte Un Beso” with Carlos Vives in Jan. 2018 and “Ya No Tiene Novio” with brothers Mau y Ricky in Dec. 2018, both leading for one week.

Meanwhile, Reik logs its second leader. The Mexicans clocked their first No. 1 in its 16th try when “Me Niego” featuring Ozuna arrived at the summit on May 26, 2018-dated chart where it remained for two weeks.

Miguel & Anita Debut: Elsewhere, two new albums debut on the Latin Pop Albums chart. Miguel makes his chart debut with his first Spanish-language set Te Lo Dije, as the 5-track EP debuts at No. 3. Miguel has previously notched four entries on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, including a pair of No. 1s.

The set was released on April 5 via ByStorm/ RCA and opens with a little over 2,000 equivalent album units earned in the week ending April 11. Nearly all of those units are attributed to streaming equivalent album units (3.07 million on-demand streams for the set’s songs). The five tracks on the album EP were originally performed in English on his album War & Leisure.

Meanwhile, Brazilian singer-songwriter Anitta marks her Latin Pop Album chart debut with her fourth studio album Kisses as the set launches at No. 4, opening with 2,000 equivalent album units.

The trilingual 10-track effort (it features Brazilian, English, and Spanish), released through Warner Latina, includes collaborations from different countries: Caetano Veloso, Ludmilla, Snoop Dog, Swae Lee, Becky G, Prince Royce, DJ Luian & Mambo Kingz, Chris Marshall and Alesso.
