Plus, without the benefit of any promoted remixes, "Happier" hits the top 10 on Dance Club Songs (11-6). Additionally, it becomes Marshmello's first top 10 and Bastille's second (after the No. 5-peaking "Pompeii" in 2014) on the Billboard Hot 100, where it jumps 13-8.
Shifting to Hot Dance/Electronic Songs, Nicky Jam and Steve Aoki soar 48-19 with "Jaleo." The track marks Jam's first appearance on the chart; concurrently, it bows at No. 24 on Hot Latin Songs, where Aoki adds his second entry. "Jaleo" is Aoki's 19th entry on Hot Dance/Electronic Songs; he's also charted with "Just Hold On," with Louis Tomlinson (No. 7, December 2016).
In its first full week of availability (ending Oct. 11), "Jaleo" drew 1.1 million domestic streams and sold 3,000 downloads, according to Nielsen Music. The latter figure is also good for a No. 9 start on Dance/Electronic Digital Song Sales.
On Top Dance/Electronic Albums, synthwave act GUNSHIP debuts at No. 4 with Dark All Day (5,000 equivalent album units). With most of its sum from traditional album sales, Dark starts at No. 1 on both Dance/Electronic Album Sales and Heatseekers Albums, becoming the act's first Billboard chart-toppers.
