Karol G and Anuel AA's 'Culpables' Hits Top 10 On the Hot Latin Songs Chart
Plus, Silvestre Dangond and Natti Natasha's 'Justicia' hits the top 10 on Latin Rhythm Airplay.
Karol G and Anuel AA celebrate a new top 10 on the Hot Latin Songs chart as “Culpables,” their first collaboration, enters the top tier, rising 11-9 (chart dated Oct. 6) in its second week. The song lifts mostly on the strength of streams, collecting 6.6 million U.S. streams (up 36 percent) in the week ending Sept. 27, according to Nielsen Music.
The track also climbs to a new peak on the Latin Streaming Songs tally, rising 11-5 in its second week.
“Culpables” is Karol G’s third top 10 on the Hot Latin Songs chart, which blends airplay, digital sales and streaming data. Her first came through a collaboration with Bad Bunny with “Ahora Me Llama,” which peaked at No. 10 on the Nov. 4, 2017-dated list. “Mi Cama” with J Balvin, featuring Nicky Jam, peaked at No. 6 in August of 2018.
Meanwhile, Anuel picks up his second top 10. He secured his first No. 1 on the chart among 13 chart entries through a featured role on 6ix9ine’s “Bebe,” which topped the list for one week (Sept. 15-dated chart).
Silvestre Dangond and Natti Natasha's "Justicia" Hits Top 10 On Latin Rhythm Airplay: Elsewhere, on the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart, Silvestre Dangond picks up his second top 10 as “Justicia” with Natti Natasha, bumps 16-10 thanks to a 29 percent boost in audience (to 7.9 million) in the week ending Sept. 30.
For Natti, the rise earns her a seventh top 10. She previously topped the chart twice. Her first chart leader came in 2012 through her featured role in Don Omar’s “Dutty Love” which ruled the tally for five weeks (March 17). She later landed in the penthouse with “Sin Pijama” with Becky G, reigning for one week (chart dated Aug. 11).
