Shakira and Maluma's "Clandestino" vaults 7-1 on the Latin Airplay chart (dated Sept. 29), earning Shakira her 14th leader and Maluma his 10th. The track lifts with a 27 percent boost in audience impressions (to 13 million) in the week ending Sept. 23, according to Nielsen Music.

Shakira now ties for the third-most leaders on the chart with Carlos Vives, Romeo Santos and Wisin, trailing only Enrique Iglesias with 30 and Ricky Martin with 17. She also extends her domination as the female artist with the most No. 1s since the chart's inception in 1994.

“Almost exactly two years have passed since we first went into the studio to write 'Chantaje' and I knew immediately that we had a hit," Shakira tells Billboard. "With 'Clandestino,' I had that same exact sensation. It had something special from the moment we started working on it, but reaching No. 1 on all three of those charts in the same week -- urban, pop and overall airplay -- just shows how versatile of a song it really is, and I’m so happy it’s resonating with different types of fans everywhere.”

Notably, “Clandestino” is Shakira’s first No. 1 of the year. It follows “Perro Fiel,” featuring Nicky Jam, which arrived at the summit on the chart dated Dec. 23, 2017, reigning for four consecutive weeks. Her only other charted title in 2018: “Trap,” another collaboration with Maluma.

Maluma, meanwhile has racked up a total of 12 charted titles on Latin Airplay in 2018. Out of those, four landed at the penthouse: “Corazon,” featuring Nego do Borel (Jan. 27, two weeks at No. 1), “El Préstamo” (June 2, two weeks at No. 1), his feature on Prince Royce’s “El Clavo” (Sept. 1) and, of course, “Clandestino.”

“I couldn’t be happier about 'Clandestino'’s triple win at No. 1 on Latin Airplay, Latin Pop and Latin Rhythm," Maluma tells Billboard. "Thankful for everyone at radio, the fans and, of course, Shakira, who is always amazing to work with! I would never have imagined three years ago that today I would have achieved 10 No. 1 songs on Latin Airplay and it feels awesome.”

Moreover, "Clandestino" hits No. 1 on both Latin Pop Songs (2-1) and Latin Rhythm Airplay (6-1). On the former, Shakira continues to hold the record as the woman with the most No. 1s, with 18. On the latter, she now joins Jennifer Lopez and Becky G in a three-way tie for the most No. 1s among women, with three.

The song’s music video has generated more than 145 million global YouTube views since its release on July 27.
