Drake’s Scorpion (Republic/Universal) strikes hard and fast to bow at No. 1 on Australia's albums chart, as 11 tracks from it impact the national singles survey. Meanwhile, 5 Seconds of Summer bag a seventh week at No. 1 with "Youngblood" (Capitol/EMI), matching the third-longest run atop the singles chart by a homegrown artist.

Powered by streaming, Scorpion gives Drake his second No. 1 on the ARIA Albums Chart, after Views hit the top in May 2016. Scorpion features the Australian chart-topping singles "God’s Plan" and "Nice For What," and the top 20 release "I’m Upset." "God’s Plan" is one of four Drake tracks impacting the top 10 in the latest frame, led by "Don't Matter To Me" featuring Michael Jackson, new at No. 3. All told, eight tracks from Scorpion make their chart debut this week.

Drizzy’s fifth studio album dominates an all-new top 4 as Florence + The Machine’s High As Hope (Virgin/Universal) starts at No. 2; Aussie alternative rock act The Rubens enter at No. 3 with Lo La Ru (Ivy League/Universal) and Gorillaz drop in at No. 4 with The Now Now (Parlophone/Warner), while The Greatest Showman (Atlantic/Warner) soundtrack dips 3-5.

Also on the charts this week, a 30th anniversary reissue of Guns N’ RosesAppetite For Destruction (Geffen/Universal) ignites the rock album's return at No. 7, its equal peak position on the ARIA survey. The U.S. band’s Greatest Hits set also re-enters the tally this week at No. 35.

With 5 Seconds Of Summer clinching another week at No. 1 on the ARIA Singles Chart – and reaching double platinum status (for 140,000 combined units) -- the Aussie pop-rock outfit's hit joins John Farnham’s “You’re The Voice,” Pseudo Echo’s “Funky Town” and Kylie Minogue’s “Locomotion” as the Aussie singles with the third-longest best-selling streak. Justice Crew set the record with “Que Sera” (Sony), which reigned over the chart for nine weeks in 2014.
