Rock band Foreigner forges new chart territory, as the group debuts at No. 1 on both the Classical Albums and Classical Crossover Albums charts with its new release, Foreigner With the 21st Century Symphony Orchestra & Chorus.
The live set -- which reinterprets the band’s familiar tunes, including “Feels Like the First Time” and “Urgent,” with a classical twist -- starts with 3,000 copies sold in the week ending May 3, according to Nielsen Music. It’s the first No. 1 for the band on both charts, and also the first leader for the group’s collaborator, the 21st Century Symphony Orchestra.
