Joey Bada$$ Earns First Hot 100 Entry on XXXTentacion's 'Infinity (888)'

Brooklyn-based rapper Joey Bada$$ scores his first entry on the Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated March 31), as XXXTentacion's "Infinity (888)," on which he is featured, debuts at No. 83.
"Infinity (888)" drew 9.1 million U.S. streams and sold 2,000 downloads in the tracking week ending March 22, according to Nielsen Music. The song enters the Hot 100 as XXXTentacion's ? debuts at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 albums chart with 131,000 equivalent album units.
As previously reported, Drake's "God's Plan" rules the Hot 100 for a ninth week. "Infinity" is one of seven songs from ? on the Hot 100. XXXTentacion's divisive solo track "Sad!" places highest, vaulting 19-7 to become his first top 10.
Bada$$ (born Jo-Vaughn Virginie Scott), 23, has visited other Billboard charts since 2013. He's now tallied four entries on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, where "Infinity" debuts at No. 36. He's charted highest on the list in his first appearance, as featured on A$AP Rocky's "1Train," also featuring Kendrick Lamar, Yelawolf, Danny Brown, Action Bronson and Big K.R.I.T. (No. 31, 2013).
Bada$$' two studio albums, B4.DA.$$ (2015) and All-Amerikkkan Bada$$ (2017), have hit Nos. 1 and 2, respectively, on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart and No. 5 each on the Billboard 200.
