'Stranger Things' Actor Finn Wolfhard Makes Billboard Chart Debut With His Band Calpurnia

"City Boy," the group's debut single, debuts on Alternative Digital Song Sales.

Calpurnia, the Canadian alternative rock band fronted by 15-year-old Stranger Things star Finn Wolfhard, makes its maiden Billboard chart appearance, as "City Boy" debuts at No. 23 on the Alternative Digital Song Sales chart dated March 17.

The song, Calpurnia's first digitally available release, debuts with just two days of sales, after its March 7 arrival, as it sold 2,000 digital downloads in the tracking week ending March 8, according to Nielsen Music.

"City Boy" is the first release from Calpurnia's upcoming debut EP. The four-piece group is fronted by lead vocalist and guitarist Wolfhard, who broke into the mainstream in 2016 as a co-star of Netflix's Stranger Things, and then the following year as part of the film reboot of Stephen King's It.

Calpurnia's first EP, on Royal Mountain, is expected this spring.
