Hot 100 Chart Moves: G-Eazy & Halsey's 'Him & I' Rises at Radio, Bazzi & YoungBoy Never Broke Again Earn First Top 40 Hits
"Mine" & "Outside Today" hit new heights.
As previously reported, Drake's "God's Plan" leads the Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated Feb. 17) for a third week, as it becomes the first song ever to post three weeks of more than 75 million U.S. streams, according to Nielsen Music.
Plus, three songs soar into the Hot 100's top 10: The Weeknd and Kendrick Lamar's "Pray for Me," the chart's top debut at No. 7; Migos' "Stir Fry," which jumps 12-8; and Bebe Rexha and Florida Georgia Line's "Meant to Be," up 11-9.
Who else makes notable Hot 100 chart moves this week?
"Him & I," G-Eazy & Halsey
The collaboration rebounds to its No. 15 Hot 100 high. It also climbs 12-10 on the Radio Songs chart, with 67 million in all-format audience, up 16 percent, in the week ending Feb. 11. Halsey earns her fourth Radio Songs top 10 and G-Eazy adds his second.
The pop singer-songwriter surges into the Hot 100's top 40, as his first chart entry, "Mine," jumps 41-29 in its third week. The track is being driven largely by streaming, as it bounds 18-13 on the Streaming Songs chart (18.1 million U.S. streams, up 10 percent, in the week ending Feb. 8).
Bazzi (full name: Andrew Bazzi) first built a following on (the since-shuttered) Vine and later on YouTube, where he boasts over 100,000 followers.
"Outside Today," YoungBoy Never Broke Again
Like Bazzi, YoungBoy Never Broke Again reaches the Hot 100's top 40 for the first time, as "Outside Today" pushes 45-39 in its fourth week. The fourth Hot 100 entry for the rapper (aka, NBA YoungBoy) climbs 16-14 on Streaming Songs, up 1 percent to 18 million U.S. streams.
