Plus, Justin Timberlake jumps 46-11, thanks to new single "Filthy."
Cardi B rises to a new No. 3 high, from No. 11, on the Billboard Artist 100 chart (dated Jan. 20), as her latest hit song, "Finesse," with Bruno Mars, vaults 35-3 on the Billboard Hot 100.
The Artist 100, which launched in July 2014, measures artist activity across key metrics of music consumption, blending album and track sales, radio airplay, streaming and social media fan interaction to provide a weekly multi-dimensional ranking of artist popularity.
"Finesse" earns the Hot 100's Greatest Gainer honors in all three metrics: streaming, digital song sales and radio airplay, as the track blasted to 51 million airplay audience impressions, 38 million U.S. streams (good for a No. 1 debut on Streaming Songs) and 87,000 downloads sold in the tracking week, according to Nielsen Music, after the Jan. 4 arrival of its new duet version; "Finesse" was previously available as a Mars solo song on his 2016 album 24K Magic.
