Plus, N.E.R.D & Rihanna’s "Lemon" opens at No. 2 and Daryl Hall & John Oates debut with a classic.

Sofi Tukker’s “Best Friend,” featuring NERVO, The Knocks and Alisa Ueno, tops Billboard & Clio’s Top TV Commercials chart, powered by Shazam, for November, thanks to the song’s appearance in Apple iPhone X’s “It’s Here” ad.

Using tagging data from Shazam, as well as sales and streaming information tracked by Nielsen Music, Billboard partners with Clio Music each month to present a chart ranking the top songs in commercials. Rankings exclude any song that has recently charted within the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 or top 10 on a genre chart.

"Best Friend," which debuted on Top TV Commercials last month at No. 7, leads all songs in November with 128,000 Shazam tags, 25,000 downloads sold and 2.6 million streams, according to Nielsen Music. “Best Friend” concurrently reaches a new peak on the current Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart (dated Dec. 23) at No. 10, and the Alternative Songs chart at No. 23.

The song is the first No. 1 for all four acts, and the fifth No. 1 for an Apple commercial, dating back to the chart’s inception in January 2016. Honda is the only other company to match Apple’s total, with five No. 1s.

Just below Tukker on the Top TV Commercials chart, N.E.R.D. and Rihanna’s “Lemon” opens at No. 2 after its appearance in Beats Studio3’s “Above the Noise” commercial.

The track earned N.E.R.D. its first entry on the Hot 100 in November, and currently stands at a new peak at No. 60 (chart dated Dec. 23). The song concurrently earned the trio its second entry on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart, reaching No. 26.

The song logged 19,000 Shazam tags, 45,000 downloads and 17.1 million U.S. streams, according to Nielsen Music.

The song is Rihanna’s second appearance on Top TV Commercials, following Kanye West’s “All of the Lights” earlier this year, on which she was featured.

Finally, Daryl Hall & John Oates’ classic hit “You Make My Dreams” opens at No. 7 following its appearance in Applebees’ “Dreams Come True” ad.

Thanks to the spot in the commercial, the song tallied 15,000 Shazam tags, 5,000 downloads and 3.6 million U.S. streams in November.

The song reached No. 5 on the Hot 100 chart dated July 4, 1981 and No. 35 on the Mainstream Rock chart.
