Demi Lovato & Selena Gomez's New Singles Surge to Billboard Hot 100's Top 40

Lovato's "Sorry Not Sorry" leaps 52-23 and Gomez's "Fetish" flies 92-27.

As projected last week, two notable tracks bound into the Billboard Hot 100's top 40 following their first full weeks of tracking. Demi Lovato's "Sorry Not Sorry" blasts 52-23 on the Aug. 5-dated chart and Selena Gomez's "Fetish," featuring Gucci Mane, rockets 92-27.

The Hot 100 blends all-genre streaming, airplay and sales data. All charts will update on tomorrow (July 25), as they do every Tuesday.

"Sorry" debuts at No. 16 on the Streaming Songs chart with 15.6 million U.S. streams in the week ending July 20, according to Nielsen Music. (It was released July 11.) It also jumps 9-6 on Digital Song Sales with 43,000 downloads sold.

"Fetish" (released July 13) enters Streaming Songs at No. 17 (14.5 million) and soars 23-11 on Digital Song Sales (34,000).

Lovato lands her highest-charting Hot 100 hit since "Confident," which strutted to No. 21 in December 2015. Gomez, meanwhile, boasts three songs in the Hot 100's top 40 simultaneously: in addition to "Fetish" at No. 27, her Kygo collab "It Ain't Me," which rose to No. 10 in May, ranks at No. 21 and "Bad Liar," which reached No. 20 four weeks ago, places at No. 30.
