Shawn Mendes performs on Saturday Night Live on Dec. 3, 2016.

Mendes & Puth jump to the top 15, while Harris' "Feels," featuring Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry & Big Sean, hits the top 40. Plus, Nicki Minaj extends a record.

As previously reported, Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's "Despacito," featuring Justin Bieber, leads the Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated July 22) for a ninth week. It also rises to the top of the Radio Songs chart, becoming the first predominantly Spanish-language song ever to crown the airplay ranking.

Plus, French Montana's "Unforgettable," featuring Swae Lee (of Rae Sremmurd), hits the Hot 100's top 10, pushing 13-10.

Who else makes notable Hot 100 chart moves this week?

Shawn Mendes, "There's Nothing Holdin' Me Back"
The track pushes 18-14 on the Hot 100, sparked by its 14-3 blast on Digital Song Sales (56,000 downloads sold, up 64 percent in the week ending July 6, according to Nielsen Music) and helped by a 69-cent iTunes Store sale price.

"Holdin' " also hits the Radio Songs top 10, surging 13-9, up 15 percent to 87 million in all-format audience. Mendes earns his fourth Radio Songs top 10, following "Stitches" (No. 3, 2015), "Treat You Better" (No. 3, 2016) and "Mercy" (No. 7, 2017).

Charlie Puth, "Attention"
Puth's fourth top 15 Hot 100 hit (23-15) rockets 21-2 (69,000, up 149 percent) on Digital Song Sales, boosted, like Mendes' latest, by a 69-cent iTunes discount tag.

Calvin Harris feat. Pharrell Williams, Katy Perry & Big Sean, "Feels"
As parent album Funk Wav Bounces Vol. 1 debuts at No. 1 on Top Dance/Electronic Albums and No. 2 on the Billboard 200 (68,000 equivalent album units), second single "Feels" flies 57-26 on the Hot 100. The song bounds 48-26 on Digital Song Sales (21,000, up 60 percent) and debuts at No. 28 on Streaming Songs (12.5 million U.S streams, up 72 percent) and No. 47 on Radio Songs (26 million, up 31 percent). (Lead Funk single "Slide," featuring Frank Ocean and Migos, rebounds 55-32 on the Hot 100, after reaching No. 25, up by 60 percent to 14.9 million U.S. streams.)

With "Feels," Perry adds her 22nd top 40 Hot 100 hit (Big Sean earns his 15th; Harris, his 13th; and Williams, his 11th). Perry returns to the top 40 for the first time since her No. 4-peaking "Chained to the Rhythm" wrapped its 10-week run in the region on May 6. Witness follow-up singles "Bon Appetit," featuring Migos, and "Swish Swish," featuring Nicki Minaj, stopped at Nos. 59 and 46, respectively.

While "Swish" this week departs the Pop Songs airplay chart, after reaching No. 33, new Witness adult radio single "Save as Draft" is scaling the Adult Contemporary (24-17) and Adult Pop Songs (36-27) charts. (On AC, Perry hadn't risen that high that quickly since January 2012, with "The One That Got Away," which debuted at No. 17.)

Yo Gotti feat. Nicki Minaj, "Rake It Up"
At No. 78, Minaj adds her 79th Hot 100 entry, extending her record for the most among women. The track debuts with 6.1 million U.S. streams (up 34 percent).
