Calibre 50 Earns Fifth No. 1 on Regional Mexican Albums Chart With 'En Vivo: Auditorio Telmex'

Plus, Shakira’s record-breaking 17th top 10 hit on Latin Digital Song Sales and Don Omar’s 17th Latin Airplay top 10.

Calibre 50 tallies its fifth No. 1 on the Regional Mexican Albums chart (dated June 10), as En Vivo: Auditorio Telmex debuts atop the tally with 3,000 album equivalent units in the week ending May 25, according to Nielsen Music. The album also bows at No. 1 on the Latin Album Sales chart and No. 3 on the Top Latin Albums chart.

The live album was recorded at the Telmex Auditorium in Zapopan, Mexico and released on May 19. The single “Siempre Te Voy A Querer,” which was originally featured on the group’s previous studio effort Desde El Rancho, holds at No. 2 on the Regional Mexican Digital Song Sales chart, where it previously spent six nonconsecutive weeks at No. 1 beginning on the Dec. 24-dated tally. “Siempre” also holds at No. 15 on the Hot Latin Songs chart, where it previously peaked at No. 5.

The album is also the group’s fifth consecutive set to reach No. 1 on Regional Mexican Albums. Their previous album, Desde El Rancho spent six weeks atop the list.

Calibre 50 also released a series of accompanying videos from the Auditorio Telmex performance on their YouTube channel. The live video for “Siempre” has launched to 196,000 global views since its posting on May 18.

Elsewhere on the charts, Shakira earns her 17th top 10 hit on the Latin Digital Song Sales chart, as “Nada” arrives at No. 10 with 2,000 digital downloads sold in the week ending May 25. The track’s top 10 debut helps Shakira surpass Pitbull and Daddy Yankee for the most top 10 songs on the chart since its Jan. 23, 2010 inception.

Concurrently, “Nada” debuts at No. 47 on the Hot Latin Songs chart -- Shakira’s 38th charting title. “Chantaje” featuring Maluma, the lead single from her latest LP El Dorado, stands at No. 2, while the follow-up single “Me Enamore” is at No. 6.

Finally, Don Omar earns his 17th top 10 hit on the Latin Airplay chart, as “Encanto” featuring Sharlene Taule rises 11-10, thanks to a 7 percent increase in audience to 9.7 million impressions in the week ending May 28. The rise also gives Taule her first top 10 on the chart.
