K. Michelle crowns Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums (chart dated April 16) for a second time as her latest studio set, More Issues Than Vogue, sells 54,000 copies in the week ending March 31, according to Nielsen Music (it concurrently becomes her third No. 1 on the R&B Albums chart).

Michelle first topped the chart with her debut album, Rebellious Soul, which bowed with 72,000 sold in 2013.

The new album’s lead single, “Not a Little Bit,” re-enters Hot R&B Songs at No. 22 following the premiere of the music video on March 25, which triggers a 155 percent hike in streams (to 1.3 million domestic weekly plays). The song slips 19-20 on the Mainstream R&B/Hip-Hop chart in its seventh charting week, one spot below its peak, with a 1 percent dip in spins at the format.

The R&B singer simultaneously bows at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 (59,000 equivalent album units).

Anthony Hamilton’s Personal Best: The second-highest entrance on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums belongs to Anthony Hamilton, whose What I’m Feelin’ arrives at No. 2 (23,000 copies). It’s the best ranking set for the singer of his eight total charted albums since his debut with Comin’ From Where I’m From in 2003 (No. 6 peak).

Over on Adult R&B Songs, the new album's single “Amen” earns Greatest Gainer honors as it steps 5-4 (up 12 percent in plays in the week ending April 3) to a new peak in its 10th week on the chart. Hamilton simultaneously debuts at No. 46 on the Billboard Artist 100, which measures the popularity of artists across all genres.

Young Thug Yields No. 3 Debut: Rounding out the top debuts, rapper Young Thug earns the No. 3 spot on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums with Slime Season 3 (22,000 copies). Three tracks from the set come onto Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs as a result of the release, led by “With Them,” taking the No. 26 Hot Shot Debut, followed by “Digits” at No. 29 and “Memo” at No. 42.

Young Thug soars 82-14, to a new peak, on the Billboard Artist 100 following the album release.

Desiigner Rules Rap Streams: Desiigner’s fast-rising hit “Panda” continues its steady climb, racing to his first No. 1 on a Billboard chart as the track steps 2-1 on Rap Streaming Songs. The song collected 15.1 million U.S. streams, a 36 percent increase (a new weekly high). YouTube views tally 51 percent of overall plays, despite the lack of a music video. An audio upload on the rapper’s official channel has totaled nearly 30 million worldwide views since its Dec. 30 upload.
