The Lumineers rule Adult Alternative Songs, while Foals top Alternative Songs.
The Lumineers rule Adult Alternative Songs, as "Ophelia" rises 2-1, reaching the top in just its fourth week with a 9 percent gain in plays, according to Nielsen Music. The folk-rockers previously led with "Ho Hey" (2012) and "Stubborn Love" (2013), both from their eponymous debut album, for eight weeks each. (Those tracks took 11 and 12 weeks, respectively, to reach the summit.)
"Ophelia" also jumps 15-12 on Alternative Songs and 13-12 on Rock Airplay (5 million in audience, up 10 percent). The song is the first single from the band's sophomore album Cleopatra, due April 8.
