True Story is a concept album (subtitled …And the Transformation of the Man Who Saved the World), which takes place 100 years in the future in a post-apocalyptic voyage to a new planet (called Paradise).
Two songs from the set enter Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs, led by “Fade Away,” which arrives at No. 44 with the majority of contributing points coming from 1.9 million weekly streams -- with 56 percent stemming from Spotify plays. The second song to debut on the list is “I Am The Greatest,” just barely making the bottom of the chart at No. 50 with 1.7 million streams backing its entry.

Album track “Sweet Life,” with Janelle Monae, reaches a new peak on Mainstream R&B Hip-Hop -- stepping 36-35 in its third week on the chart (despite a four percent dip in spins at the format).
Church follows Jeezy’s set Seen It All: The Autobiography, which became his sixth No. 1 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums (chart dated Sept. 20, 2014), when it started atop the list with 121,000 copies.
Jeezy re-enters the Billboard Artist 100 at No. 11.
