Pop Songs
*** No. 1 (3 weeks)*** "See You Again" Wiz Khalifa Featuring Charlie Puth

Greatest Gainer No. 9 "Bad Blood" Taylor Swift Featuring Kendrick Lamar
Surging 13-9 in its second week on the Pop Songs radio airplay chart, Swift's "Bad Blood," featuring Lamar, ties the record for the fastest flight to the top 10 in the list's 22-year history (not inculding the chart's first two weeks of existence). Nine songs had previously reached the region in only two weeks - and Swift last did so, with "Shake It Off" in September. In fact, Swift is the first act to soar into the Pop Songs top two in only two weeks with two different hits.

Taylor Swift's 'Bad Blood' Blasts to No. 1 on Hot 100

In the past 10 years, in addition to Swift's "Shake" and "Blood," only two other songs have reached Pop Songs the top 10 so quickly: Lady Gaga's "Born This Way" and Britney Spears' "Hold It Against Me," both in 2011. (Not that such a quick start guarantees an eventual No. 1 rank: perhaps surprisingly, of the first nine songs to enter the top tier in just two frames, only five have gone on to hit No. 1, including "Shake" and "Born." Can "Blood" be the sixth?)

The band is the first group to crown the chart on its first try since Zac Brown Band arrived with the two-week No. 1 "Chicken Fried" in December 2008. Prior to A Thousand Horses, Maddie & Tae was the last act (either duo, group or solo) to send its introductory single to No. 1 when its "Girl in a Country Song" led the Dec. 20, 2014, list.

"Absolutely unreal! I've dreamed of this day since I picked up a guitar and started trying to write songs when I was 12 years old,"A Thousand Horses frontman Michael Hobby says. "We are all so appreciative of country radio for [its] support and to the fans for making this song theirs."
