Martin is set to perform "Disparo" on the 27th annual Premio Lo Nuestro awards show to be broadcast on Univision on Thursday (Feb. 19).
Meanwile, the set's lead single, "Adios," jumps 32-21 on Hot Latin Songs in its 21st week, taking the Digital Gainer honor (up 51 percent to 4,000 downloads -- also rising 6-4 on Latin Digital Songs).
Two additional album tracks make their way onto Latin Digital Songs, led by "La Mordidita" featuring Yotuel (No. 17, 2,000 downloads). Yotuel, a songwriter on many of the songs on A Quien Quiero Escuchar, is the only featured artist on the set (produced by Julio Reyes Copello). A host of artists and writers helped pen the set, including Pedro Capo, Beatriz Luengo, Yoel Henriquez and Rafael Esparza Ruiz.
"Isla Bella," a soaring ode to Martin's native Puerto Rico, arrives at No. 42 on Latin Digital Songs, shifting 1,000 downloads in its first week.
Also seeing a sales bump, Martin's classic hit "Livin' la Vida Loca" hops 7-5 on Latin Digital Songs (up 49 percent to 4,000 downloads) thanks to a performance of the song on NBC's Today on Feb. 12. Martin also had performances and appearances on The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Wendy Williams Show (among others) during the album's release week. Additionally, the international star took over social feeds of several media outlets in the U.S., Latin America and Spain (including Billboard, iTunes and Live Nation) on Feb. 9, interacting with fans and answering questions.
Buzz around the album's release spurs Martin to a No. 52 debut on the Artist 100 chart, Billboard's list of the week's most popular artists across all genres ranked by album and track sales, radio airplay audience impressions, streaming activity and fan interaction on social-networking sites.
