Keith Urban, Blake Shelton, Eric Church & Luke Combs Headlining ATLive Concert at Mercedes Benz Stadium

Three-day benefit concert Nov. 15-17 will support Johnnie Mac Soldier’s Fund and the Quest Community Development Organization.

Atlanta's newest venue, the Mercedes-Benz Stadium, is planning a massive three-day benefit concert Nov. 15-17 to help raise money for veterans groups and fight homelessness in the fast growing city. The three-day ATLive concert series will open Friday with an all-star country concert headlined by Keith Urban and Blake Shelton and close Sunday with Eric Church and Luke Combs. Artists for a Saturday concert, which will not include country music, will be announced soon.

ATLive is being produced by Arthur Blank's AMB Sports and Entertainment, parent company for the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United F.C. of Major League Soccer with support from the Authur Blank Foundation, which has donated more than $400 million to charity. Blank is the co-founder of Home Depot and bought the Falcons in 2001, the same year he retired from Home Depot as co-chairman.

ATLive will will benefit Johnnie Mac Soldier’s Fund, providing scholarships to veterans, military family members and the children of fallen and disabled veterans, and the Quest Community Development Organization which develops affordable housing and provide needs-based community services in Atlanta. 

"Given the timeliness of the concerts in between Veterans Day and Thanksgiving, we wanted to impact charity organizations that tie in with those holidays," explained Tim Zulawski, chief revenue officer for AMB Sports and Entertainment, which has hosted large scale concerts for Garth Brooks, Kenny Chesney, Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, George Strait and Chris Stapleton since Mercedes-Benz Stadium first opened in August 2017.

For ATLive, the full line up includes Georgia artists Sam Hunt and Sugarland plus Judah and the Lion and Cale Dodds on Friday night. Sunday's show will be opened by Brothers Osborne and Caylee Hammack. ATLive was booked by Marcie Allen with MAC Presents and is being produced by The Messina Group. Tickets for each concert go on sale Aug. 23. Zulawski said he hopes the festival becomes an annual event, based on the availability of the stadium and the schedules of the Falcons and United F.C., with late July 2020 as a target for next year.

"We want to be in the business of self-promoting a weekend or two of major concerts each year. As long as the talents out there and the market wants it, we will go forward and try to bring the best shows to Atlanta," Zulawski explained. "We're all in and have had great support from everyone." 

Ticket prices have not been announced, but AMB is making more than 20,000 tickets priced at $120 for Friday and Sunday available, and individual tickets will start at $39 to $49.
