New iPhone XS Draws Hilarious Comparisons to INXS: See the Best Tweets

Apple announced Wednesday (Sept. 12) that it will release three new iPhone models, including one called the iPhone XS. Fans of the Australian rock band INXS were quick to pick up on the striking resemblance between the band name and the phone, and were even quicker to make jokes about it on Twitter.

Many of the jokes circled around one central theme: that Apple missed a big opportunity to collaborate with INXS for the new phone launch. At the very least, fans were championing for Apple to release a commercial set to one of the band's hits, like "New Sensation."

Though the phone's name is unlikely to change to iPhone INXS, fans still had fun dreaming about the idea. Check out some of the funniest tweets below:
