The tool has already been tested by Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, Bon Iver and more.
Spotify is expanding its Canvas tool that allows artists to add short looping visuals to their music on the streaming service.
The platform has invited some of its most active Spotify for Artists users to join Canvas beta, which has previously been used by artists including Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift, Flying Lotus and Bon Iver.
“Through the expanded beta, we hope to inspire artist teams to treat Canvas as a critical and unique part of their release strategy,” reads a blog post recently published on Spotify’s website. “However, it’s not just for new releases -- once in the beta program, artists can express themselves across their entire catalog by adding a unique Canvas to any track or album.”
