Alesso has signed a worldwide publishing deal with Warner Chappell Music, the company announced Wednesday (Dec. 16).
The Swedish producer has been on the forefront of global EDM since the early 2010s, when his Alesso EP caught the attention of Swedish House Mafia's Sebastian Ingrosso who became a mentor to the young producer. Along with Ryan Tedder, the pair collaborated on the era-defining 2012 EDM smash "Calling (Lose My Mind)." Alesso was also nominated for a best remixed recording Grammy in 2014 for his edit of OneRepublic’s "If I Lose Myself."
Born Alessandro Rodolfo Renato Lindblad, Alesso is behind a bevy of other hits including "Heroes (we could be)," the Florida Georgia Line collab "Let Me Go" and the 2020 Liam Payne collab "Midnight."
