Olivia Rodrigo returns to No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 Songwriter chart (dated Aug. 21) for a record-extending 20th week on top, thanks to five writing credits on the latest Billboard Hot 100.

Rodrigo's former Hot 100 leader "Good 4 U" leads her entries at No. 2, followed by "Deja Vu" (No. 10), "Traitor" (No. 33), "Favorite Crime" (No. 89) and "Happier" (No. 97). All five tracks are from her debut LP Sour, which spent four weeks atop the Billboard 200 and places at No. 2 on the latest ranking with 61,000 equivalent album units earned in its 12th week, according to MRC Data.

Dating to the launch of Billboard's songwriter and producer charts in June 2019, no other act has spent more weeks at No. 1 on Hot 100 Songwriters. Finneas has totaled the second-most time on top (12 weeks), followed by Roddy Ricch (10).

Rodrigo's five entries on the Hot 100 also spark Dan Nigro's record-padding 21st week atop the Hot 100 Producers chart. He solely produced all five songs except for "Good 4 U," which he co-produced with Alexander 23.

Louis Bell has logged the second-most weeks at No. 1 on Hot 100 Producers (17), followed by Joey Moi (13).

The weekly Hot 100 Songwriters and Hot 100 Producers charts are based on total points accrued by a songwriter and producer, respectively, for each attributed song that appears on the Hot 100; plus, genre-based songwriter and producer charts follow the same methodology based on corresponding "Hot"-named genre charts. As with Billboard's yearly recaps, multiple writers or producers split points for each song equally (and the dividing of points will lead to occasional ties on rankings).
