Leading the way in both song-related metrics, “You’re the One” boasts 923,000 on-demand streams, leaping 508%. Its sales count, meanwhile, is 2,000 downloads, a 1,955% surge that allows the song to re-enter Hard Rock Digital Song Sales at No. 2, a new peak, after previously reaching No. 5 in February 2019. It also returns to Rock Digital Song Sales at No. 5, a new peak that ties the band’s personal best on the chart, previously achieved by “Always There” (No. 5, September 2019).
But “You’re the One” isn’t the only song to find success; Greta Van Fleet’s “Highway Tune” nabs 1,000 downloads to bubble under Hard Rock Digital Song Sales with a 410% gain, while “Heat Above” also hits 1,000 downloads, a 62% boost.
“You’re the One” was initially released to radio as the second single from Anthem of the Peaceful Army, Greta Van Fleet’s debut full-length album, in 2018, eventually rising to No. 1 on the Mainstream Rock Airplay chart for two weeks in March 2019.
Further gains are possible on the Billboard charts dated Aug. 7, as streams and sales have continued to trend upward in the latest tracking week (July 23-29).
