Morray reigns thanks to his debut LP 'Street Sermons' & single "Quicksand."
Morray bounds 7-1 on Billboard's Emerging Artists chart (dated May 15) to become the top emerging act in the U.S. for the first time, thanks to his debut LP Street Sermons and his breakthrough single on the set "Quicksand."
Street Sermons debuts at No. 17 on Top Rap Albums and No. 20 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums with 15,000 equivalent album units earned in its opening week, according to MRC Data.
"Quicksand," which appears on Street Sermons, concurrently ranks at No. 23 on Hot Rap Songs and No. 29 on Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs with 13.8 million radio audience impressions (up 3%), 6.7 million U.S. streams (up 8%) and 1,000 downloads sold (up 42%).
