Before “Despeinada,” Ozuna previously sat atop the chart with “Hasta Que Salga El Sol” for six consecutive weeks starting Dec. 14, 2019. “Despeinada’s” new high grants him his fifth No. 1. Camilo, meanwhile locks his second leader.
While the song was already a top 10 on Latin Airplay (No. 8 peak) and Latin Rhythm Airplay (No. 5; chart dated Jan. 2), it escalates to a new high on Hot Latin Songs: 19-16 in its 17th week.
