All three of Grande’s rulers have debuted at the top spot.

Ariana Grande returns to No. 1 on Billboard’s Streaming Songs chart for the first time in 2020 with “Positions,” which enters atop the ranking dated Nov. 7.

With the coronation of “Positions,” Grande now has three Streaming Songs leaders, all coming since late 2018. “Thank U, Next,” which led for seven weeks beginning in November 2018, and “7 Rings” (eight weeks, February 2019) preceded it.

In between, Grande scored multiple top 10s either solo or as a co-lead artist, including two in 2020: the No. 4-peaking “Stuck With U” with Justin Bieber in May and Lady Gaga collaboration “Rain on Me” in June.

Each of Grande’s No. 1 songs have also debuted there, tying her with Taylor Swift for the most No. 1 debuts by a woman. Drake leads all acts with five.

“Positions” snaps a nine-week streak at No. 1 (10 frames in all) for Cardi B’s “WAP,” featuring Megan Thee Stallion. “WAP” falls to No. 3, its first week outside the chart’s top two since its release.

Concurrently, as previously reported, “Positions” bows at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Grande’s fifth ruler.
