Taylor Swift's 1989 joins an elite club, as the album racks up a 300th week on the Billboard 200 chart. In turn, it becomes the fourth album by a woman to spend at least 300 weeks on the tally.
1989 debuted at No. 1 on the chart dated Nov. 15, 2014, and has rarely been absent from the list since its arrival: It's been on the chart for 300 of the 307 weeks since it bowed. On the new Billboard 200 chart dated Sept. 19, where 1989 clocks its 300th week, the album ranks at No. 116.
