Plus, Gabbie Barrett logs her third week at No. 1.

Real Estate debuts at No. 11 on Billboard's Emerging Artists chart (dated March 14), thanks to the group's fifth studio album, The Main Thing.

The set, released on Domino Records, debuts at No. 26 on Top Album Sales with 4,000 copies sold, according to Nielsen Music/MRC Data.

The act has made three visits to the Billboard 200, reaching a No. 34 high with Atlas in 2014.

Meanwhile, Gabbie Barrett logs her third straight week at No. 1 on Emerging Artists, as her breakout single "I Hope" holds at No. 6 on Hot Country Songs and rises 13-11 on Country Airplay.

Puerto Rican trap singer Nengo Flow debuts at No. 20 on Emerging Artists, thanks to two co-lead billings on Bad Bunny's new LP YHLQMDLG, which makes an historic No. 2 launch on the Billboard 200 with 179,000 units: Bad Bunny, Jowell & Randy and Nengo Flow's "Safaera" debuts at No. 10 on Hot Latin Songs and No. 81 on the Billboard Hot 100 (marking his first entry on the latter list) and Bunny and Nengo Flow's "Que Malo" opens at No. 14 on Hot Latin Songs.

Nengo Flow has posted four entries on Top Latin Albums, including Los Reyes Del Rap, which reached a personal-best No. 5 in 2015.

Plus, Breland debuts at No. 49 on Emerging Artists thanks to his breakthrough single "My Truck," which rolls 36-35 on the Hot Country Songs.

The Emerging Artists chart ranks the most popular developing artists of the week, using the same formula as the all-encompassing Billboard Artist 100, which measures artist activity across multiple Billboard charts, including the Hot 100, Billboard 200 and the Social 50. (The Artist 100 lists the most popular acts, overall, each week.) However, the Emerging Artists chart excludes acts that have notched a top 25 entry on either the Hot 100 or Billboard 200, as well as artists that have achieved two or more top 10s on Billboard's "Hot" song genre charts and/or consumption-based "Top" album genre rankings.
