Reed also ranks at No. 3 on Hot 100 Songwriters.

Ricky Reed rises to No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 Producers chart (dated Nov. 9) for the first time, thanks to a pair of top 10 songs on the latest Billboard Hot 100.

Lizzo's former seven-week No. 1 "Truth Hurts," which Reed co-produced with Tele, places at No. 5, followed by Lizzo's "Good as Hell" at No. 6. The latter track surges to the top 10 thanks in part to a new remix with Ariana Grande. Notably, Reed is the sole producer of "Good."

Reed also co-wrote "Truth Hurts" and "Good as Hell," pushing him to No. 3 on the Hot 100 Songwriters chart, tying Lizzo. Atop Hot 100 Songwriters, DaBaby leads for a fifth week, on the strength of nine writing credits on the Hot 100, led by "Baby," with Lil Baby, at No. 38.

Reed dethrones Louis Bell atop Hot 100 Producers after the latter led for 17 total weeks. Bell, now at No. 5, scores five production credits on the latest Hot 100, paced by Post Malone's "Circles" at No. 3.

The weekly Hot 100 Songwriters and Hot 100 Producers charts are based on total points accrued by a songwriter and producer, respectively, for each attributed song that appears on the Hot 100; plus, genre-based songwriter and producer charts follow the same methodology based on corresponding "Hot"-named genre charts. As with Billboard's yearly recaps, multiple writers or producers split points for each song equally (and the dividing of points will lead to occasional ties on rankings).
