It’s Pitbull’s first No. 1 since 2016 & seventh overall.

Pitbull is back atop the Latin Airplay chart for the first time since 2016 as “No Lo Trates,” with Natti Natasha and Daddy Yankee, surges 8-1 in its 14th week on the chart (dated Sept. 14). The reimagination of El General’s 1994 hit “No Me Trates de Engañar,” featuring American singer Anayka, soars with a 57% gain in audience impressions (to 13.4 million) in the week ending Sept. 8, according to Nielsen Music.

“No Lo Trates” replaces Ozuna's "Te Soñé De Nuevo," which falls 1-4. The week before "Nuevo," Ozuna was again No. 1, but with a different track, as "Otro Trago," with Darell, Nicky Jam and Anuel AA, spent one week up top (Aug. 31).

Pitbull last crowned the Latin Airplay list in September 2016 through his featured role on IAmChino’s “Ay Mi Dios,” which also featured Yandel and Chacal. “No Lo Trates” is Pitbull’s seventh No. 1, Natti Natasha’s fifth and Daddy Yankee’s 14th.

Elsewhere, “No Lo Trates” maintains forward progress on other radio charts as well, pushing 2-1 on Latin Pop Airplay and 6-1 on Latin Rhythm Airplay. It’s the fifth song to lead all three charts in 2019. The other four? Bad Bunny ‘s “MIA,” featuring Drake; Karol G and Maluma's “Créeme"; Daddy Yankee’s “Con Calma,” featuring Snow; and J Balvin and Bad Bunny's “Que Pretendes."

Maluma & Joss Favela Rise: Elsewhere on the Latin charts, two titles break into the top 10 of the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart and the Regional Mexican Airplay list.

Maluma’s “11 PM,” his second single from 11:11, which debuted at No. 1 on the Top Latin Albums chart, climbs 13-8 on the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart with 8 million in audience impressions (a 23% gain) earned in week ending Sept. 8. The 25-year-old ups his career count to 16 top 10s on the list.

Meanwhile, Sinaloan singer-songwriter Joss Favela scores his third top 10 as “La Magia de Tus Ojos” ascends 12-7 on the Regional Mexican Airplay chart. The song, which was written and arranged by Favela, lifts thanks to a 26% boost in audience (to 5 million).
