He rules on the strength of three charted entries.

Steve Mac tops Billboard's Dance/Electronic Songwriters chart for a 10th total week (on the list dated Sept. 7), on the strength of four songwriting credits on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart.

Marshmello and Bastille's "Happier," which Mac co-wrote with Bastille's Dan Smith and Marshmello, leads the quartet of titles, as it logs its record-extending 50th week at No. 1.

The Chainsmoker and Bebe Rexha's "Call You Mine" follows at No. 2, holding at its peak for a ninth week. Mac co-wrote the songs with Drew Taggart, Alex Pall, Ali Tamposi, Andrew Watt, Tony Ann and Norman Whitfield. Next up, Marshmello's "Here With Me," featuring CHVRCHES, follows at No. 6, after peaking at No. 2 (Mac co-wrote the track with Marshmello and CHVRCHES' Lauren Mayberry, Iain Cook and Martin Doherty).

Plus, Jax Jones and Bebe Rexha's "Harder" trails at No. 29, after reaching No. 28. Mac co-wrote the song with Jones, Rexha and Camille Purcell.

Notably, Mac is one of only two acts to reign since the Dance/Electronic Songwriters chart began in mid-June. Marshmello has spent three weeks at No. 1.

Mac (full name: Steven McCutcheon) concurrently stands at No. 9 on the Dance/Electronic Producers chart.

The weekly Dance/Electronic Songwriters and Dance/Electronic Producers charts are based on total points accrued by a songwriter and producer, respectively, for each attributed song that appears on the Hot Dance/Electronic Songs chart; As with Billboard's yearly recaps, multiple writers or producers split points for each song equally (and the dividing of points will lead to occasional ties on rankings).
