Plus, Ed Sheeran enters the Songwriters chart & FRED debuts on Producers.

Finneas O'Connell continues his domination on Billboard's Hot 100 Songwriters chart (dated July 13) for a fifth week, thanks to a pair of entries on the Billboard Hot 100 that he wrote or co-wrote with his sister, Billie Eilish.

"Bad Guy," which he co-wrote, returns to its No. 2 Hot 100 peak, while "Ocean Eyes," which he solely wrote, hangs on at No. 100.

The weekly Hot 100 Songwriters and Hot 100 Producers charts are based on total points accrued by a songwriter and producer, respectively, for each attributed song that appears on the Hot 100; plus, genre-based songwriter and producer charts follow the same methodology based on corresponding "Hot"-named genre charts. As with Billboard's yearly recaps, multiple writers or producers split points for each song equally (and the dividing of points will lead to occasional ties on rankings).

Elsewhere on the Hot 100 Songwriters chart, Ed Sheeran debuts at No. 10 thanks to three entries on the Hot 100: his collab with Justin Bieber "I Don't Care" at No. 4 (he co-penned the song with FRED, Max Martin, Shellback, Bieber and Poo Bear), followed by "Beautiful People," featuring Khalid, which debuts at No. 26 (co-written with FRED, Martin, Shellback and Khalid), and "Cross Me," featuring Chance The Rapper and PnB Rock at No. 37 (co-written with Chance, PnB Rock and FRED).

Over on the Hot 100 Producers chart, Louis Bell spends a second consecutive week at No. 1, thanks to four songwriting credits on the Hot 100. Post Malone and Swae Lee's "Sunflower," which Bell co-produced with Carter Land, places at No. 8 (after spending a week at No. 1), followed by Malone's "Wow." (co-produced with Frank Dukes) at No. 12, Halsey's "Without Me" (sole producer) at No. 19 and 5 Seconds of Summer's "Easier" (co-produced with Andrew Watt and Charlie Puth) at No. 66.

Bell concurrently ranks at No. 4 on Hot 100 Songwriters, as he sports five songwriting credits on the Hot 100: Jonas Brothers' "Sucker" at No. 7, plus "Sunflower," "Wow.," "Without Me" and "Easier."

Among other Hot 100 Producers chart moves, Fred Gibson (billed as FRED) debuts at No. 5 with three production credits on the Hot 100. Sheeran and Bieber's "I Don't Care" (which he co-produced with Max Martin and Shellback) leads at No. 4, followed by Sheeran's "Beautiful People" (co-produced with Martin, Shellback and Sheeran) at No. 26 and "Cross Me" (sole producer) at No. 37.
