Anuel AA & Romeo Santos' 'Ella Quiere Beber' Hits No. 1 on Latin Airplay Chart

For Santos, who first earned a No. 1 in 2011 (“You”; May 28), the lift earns him his 16th leader. It arrives just two months and one day after his previous chart-topper: “Centavito,” which reigned for one week after hanging in the top 10 for four frames.

“Ella Quiere” concurrently tops the Latin Rhythm Airplay chart and earns the Most Increased Audience honor. Both Anuel and Santos clock their first No. 1 on the list.

Ulices Chaidez’ Sixth top 10: Nineteen-year-old Ulices Chaidez reaches the top 10 of the Regional Mexican Songs airplay tally for a sixth time as “Las Enseñanzas” (a song based on his father’s teachings) ascends 11-9. The song climbs thanks to a 9 percent boost in audience (to 5 million).

The song is his first title to debut on a Billboard Latin chart as a lead act without his band, Los Plebes, with whom he has claimed four top 10s -- the last being “Que Bonito Es Querer,” which remained at the summit for six consecutive weeks (June 30-Aug. 4, 2018).

Felipe Pelaez, Nacho & Noriel Win: Meanwhile on the Tropical Songs airplay list, Colombia, Venezuela and Puerto Rico come together as Felipe Pelaez, Nacho and Noriel grab a top 10 hit with their first collaboration, “No Te Creo.”

The song enters the top tier for the first time as it jumps 14-8 with a lofty 49 percent increase in audience (to 1 million).

Both, Felipe and Noriel pick up their first top 10s on the chart. For Nacho, the move gives him his third top 10 effort: He topped the chart through his featured role on Mozart La Para’s “Toy Enamorado,” which also features Sharlene (March 2016), and “Bailame” topped the chart for 14 consecutive weeks (Sept. 3-Dec. 23, 2017).
