Plus: Social Club Misfits collect their fifth Top Christian Albums top 10.

Elevation Collective's Evidence debuts at No. 1 on Billboard's Top Gospel Albums chart (dated Feb. 24), earning 8,000 equivalent album units in the week ending Feb. 15, according to Nielsen Music. Of that sum, 7,000 copies were via traditional sales.

Elevation Collective is the first gospel music project from Elevation Worship, the music ministry based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and led by Pastor Steven Furtick.

The eight-song Evidence features such core gospel artists as Tasha Cobbs Leonard, Israel Houghton, Tye Tribbett, Kierra Sheard, Travis Greene and others.

Elevation Worship is already well-known in the Christian genre, having scored four No. 1s on the Top Christian Albums chart. Its latest full-length There Is a Cloud opened atop the tally dated April 8, 2017, with 34,000 units. Its single "O Come to the Altar" lifts 3-2 on the latest Hot Christian Songs chart, returning to its peak in its whopping 72nd week on the list.

Meanwhile, on Top Christian Albums, Social Club Misfits (formerly known as Social Club) post their fifth top 10 as Into the Night enters at No. 5 (3,000 equivalent album units; 2,000 in traditional album sales.)

The Miami-based Christian hip-hop duo contains Martymar and F.E.R.N. For the new 13-track set, guest artists include Danny Gokey and Jordin Sparks ("Tuyo") and Tauren Wells ("War Cry").

The new album follows Social Club Misfits' four prior top 10s on Top Christian Albums: The Misadventures of Fern & Marty, which arrived at No. 2 (the pair's highest start and rank) on the tally dated Feb. 4, 2017; EP The Misfit Generation (No. 4, 2016); Us (No. 3, 2015); and Misfits 2 (No. 6, 2014). (Debut EP Rejects debuted and peaked at No. 32 in 2013.)
