On the Hot 100, "Believer" bounds 15-11 & "Bad Liar" lifts 23-20.

As previously reported, Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's "Despacito," featuring Justin Bieber, rules the Billboard Hot 100 chart (dated July 8) for a seventh week. Meanwhile, DJ Khaled's new single "Wild Thoughts," featuring Rihanna and Bryson Tiller, soars onto the Hot 100 at No. 4. The latter song marks Rihanna's 31st top 10, a sum bested only by Madonna (38) and The Beatles (34) and brings a female artist back to the top five after 12 weeks of only males, ending the longest female-free top five streak since 1972.

Plus, Liam Payne hits the Hot 100's top 40 with "Strip That Down," featuring Quavo, making him the fourth member of One Direction to reach the region and putting the group in the company of The Beatles and few other elite acts with at least four members having earned top 40 hits as soloists.

Who else makes notable Hot 100 chart moves this week?

Following the first full week of tracking after the June 14 premiere of its official video, it surges 12-5 on Digital Song Sales, up 50 percent to 51,000 sold; it's on sale for 69 cents in the iTunes Store. The track becomes Gomez's 10th top 10 on the sales chart.

Miley Cyrus, "Malibu"
"Malibu" moves 25-22 on the Hot 100 with the chart's top sales gain, as It roars 14-4 on Digital Song Sales (56,000, up 75 percent), assisted by three new remixes, by Gigamesh, Lost Frequencies and Tiesto. Two more have just been released, by Dillon Francis and Alan Walker, which could help the song's sales in the next tracking week (ending July 6).
