The latest Billboard charts saw Justin Bieber find his Purpose on the charts and Chris Stapleton continue to reap the rewards of his CMA Awards domination.

Justin Bieber Tops Billboard Artist 100 Chart for First Time

Here are 13 things you need to know about this week's charts:
