[PIAS] Rebrands Distribution Arm to [Integral], Naming Adrian Pope Managing Director


Independent music group [PIAS] is rebranding its distribution and music services business to [Integral] Distribution Services, effective immediately, along with making several new executive appointments.

Founded in 1983, the London-based [PIAS] has two core divisions: the [PIAS] Label Group, which oversees the company's record label interests, and the newly-named [Integral] Distribution and Label Services, which supports in-house labels as well as over 100 independent label partners globally including ATO, Beggars Group, Chrysalis, Domino, Epitaph, Ninja Tune and Secretly Group and has recently driven success for artists like Mogwai, Arlo Parks, Bicep, Balthazar and Maximo Park.

As part of the rebranding, Adrian Pope has been appointed managing director of [Integral], a role he will enter alongside his existing position as [PIAS] chief digital officer. He'll be supported by Leo van Schaick, who will help oversee the [Integral] business globally in addition to his ongoing responsibilities as regional managing director of the continental European territories outside of France. In their expanded roles, both Pope and Schaick will continue to report to [PIAS] managing director Edwin Schröter.

[Integral] is also appointing Felicia Flack as head of label and artist services on the global team. Prior to joining [Integral], Flack worked at independent distributor Amuse, where she was responsible for acquiring new clients and overseeing the company's label and artist marketing services.

Meanwhile, [Integral]'s local operations in the U.K., France, Australia and the U.S. will continue to be led by their local respective [PIAS] managing directors. The group's record company activities, including in-house labels and its cooperative label roster, will remain under the umbrella of the [PIAS] Label Group.
