Justin Bieber has settled a copyright lawsuit with a photographer whose paparazzi shot the singer posted on Instagram.

After Bieber posted the photo of him and Miami pastor Rich Wilkerson Jr. on Instagram earlier this year, photographer Robert Barbera filed a complaint in a New York court against Bieber, claiming that he took the photo and Bieber had posted it without permission.

In new court documents filed on Oct. 20 -- just four days after Barbera filed his complaint -- and obtained by Billboard, Barbera tells the court that he is dismissing the suit because the parties have reached an undisclosed agreement.

Ariana Grande faced a lawsuit from the very same paparazzo in May; the singer also reached a settlement. Meanwhile, the photo in question is still on Bieber's Instagram, where it has collected 3.9 million likes.
