Ian Greaves has been named the Director of International Major Label Services at SoundCloud. Based in the company's London offices, Greaves will be responsible for supporting SoundCloud's relationships with major labels as well as expanding its connections in the music industry across the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

Greaves was previously the Director of Music Programming and Label Relations at Napster. At SoundCloud, he will report to Lisa Ellis, Global Head of Music, Artist Relations and Label Services.

Partisan Records has appointed Theresa Adebiyi as Creative Director. Previously, Adebiyi served as the Creative Marketing Manager at Ninja Tune, where she worked on global campaigns for Young Fathers, Little Dragon and Maribou State, among others.

“I’m incredibly excited to be joining Partisan in this global role,” Adebiyi shared in a press release. “I’ve long admired the label and have watched it go from strength to strength. I’m proud to be a part of such a strong and ambitious team and am looking forward to helping shape the label’s future.”

Working between the indie label's New York and London offices, Adebiyi will oversee the cross section between A&R and marketing by working as a liaison between artists and the marketing team. Additionally, she will be responsible for UK-specific product management on select album campaigns and oversee the creative direction and product development for the Fela Kuti catalogue. Adebiyi will report to Partisan Records President Tim Putnam and to Jeff Bell, General Manager of International on all UK product management.

Suzanna Slavin has been appointed the Director of A&R at Mom + Pop Music. Slavin started at Mom + Pop as an intern in 2013, later working alongside the label's Founder and Co-President Michael Goldstone as his Executive Assistant. Before her promotion, Slavin signed artists including Tash Sultana, FKJ and Tycho

“Suzanna's career here has continued to grow as we’ve grown as a label,” said Goldstone. “In her 6+ years with us, her contributions are immeasurable. Her approach and taste is something we value and deeply respect. We look forward to having Suzanna on our team for years to come and her rapid ascent to the next level!"
