The pact includes the upcoming Raconteurs album for North America.

Third Man Records has entered a new distribution agreement with Sony Music Entertainment's The Orchard beginning with The RaconteursHelp Us Stranger, due June 21. The new LP marks the Jack White- and Brendan Benson-led supergroup's first studio album in 11 years.

The Third Man-Orchard agreement covers global distribution for physical and digital releases, in addition to select titles of the label's back catalog to be named at a later date. For Help Us Stranger, The Orchard will handle North American distribution only.

Previously, Third Man was distributed through Warner Music Group's Alternative Distribution Alliance.

"All of us at Third Man are very excited about our new partnership with The Orchard and are looking forward to working closely with their Nashville-based office and the entire organization," says Ben Swank, who co-founded Third Man in 2009 alongside White and Ben Blackwell. "We feel this is an important step for Third Man, now in our 10th year, to expand our global digital and physical presence. Having The Orchard here in Nashville feels like a gift to independent music locally, and we're beyond happy to be partnered up with them."

Third Man records has been celebrating its 10th anniversary this year and Swank and Blackwell were named minority co-owners this April. They have overseen the release of over 600 titles that now make up the label's impressive back catalog. Popular titles include White's solo projects and various bands (The White Stripes, The Raconteurs, The Dead Weather) alongside Margo Price, Sleep, and others. The catalog also includes the Live at Third Man Records series (which has featured acts like Father John Misty, Ashley Monroe, and Parquet Courts) and reissues from legacy artists like Chuck Berry, Muddy Waters, and Carl Perkins.
