K-pop boy band Monsta X has entered a new era by signing with Epic Records, the act announced today. The Korean septet signed with the Los Angeles-based label for their English language recordings and worldwide distribution, excluding South Korea.
“We are thrilled to join the Epic Family alongside some of the artists we admire the most. This is like a dream come true and we still can’t believe that this is happening to us. We can’t thank our [fandom] Monbebe enough for their endless support and for making everything possible,” said Monsta X in a statement.
The news follows the start of the group’s 2019 We Are Here world tour, which began in Seoul last month and will see them perform in 17 more cities throughout Asia, Europe, North and South Americas, and Australia.
