Carter, who previously managed Lady Gaga and later worked as global head of creator services at Spotify, co-founded Q&A alongside his former Atom Factory colleagues J. Erving and Suzy Ryoo earlier this year. The company exists to support entrepreneurial artists throughout their careers via an integrated solution that combines distribution, management, label services and data analytics.
Eubanks comes to Q&A from Spotify, where he most recently served as global head of strategy and operations for the creator services division, a position in which he worked closely with Carter.

Hemeon is joining Q&A from Facebook AI, where he helped to design and conceptualize emerging products and technologies. He was also a founder and CEO of Design Inc., which helped connect companies with designers.
