New York duo Phantogram has announced their return with a summer headlining tour. The North American dates will kick off on Aug. 16 in Reno, Nev. and will run through Sept. 18 when the tour closes out at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco.

The more than 20-date tour will route through Denver, Detroit, Boston, Brooklyn, Dallas, Atlanta and Austin. In addition to headlining dates, the duo consisting of Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel will also perform at festivals and concert series including Radio 104.5 12th Birthday Celebration and Life is Beautiful in Las Vegas.

Bob Moses will accompany the band for several headlining dates.

Phantogram broke out on to the music scene in 2010 with debut album Eyelid Movies that blended hard-hitting beats, guitar-driven dark psychedelia, and electronic pop. Their 2016 third full-length Three was completed in the wake of Barthel’s sister’s passing due to suicide, a shattering event which brought suicide prevention awareness to the forefront of the band’s consciousness and has informed their charitable giving and community outreach ever since – as they’ve done on past tours, one dollar from the purchase of each ticket to Phantogram’s upcoming headline performances will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

The tour presale begins May 14 at 10 a.m. local time. General on-sale tickets will be available on Friday (May 17) at 10 a.m. local time.
