"It’s finna be #MonopolyMonday," Monet tweets, suggesting a possible "Monopoly" song title.

Ariana Grande and Victoria Monét have fans in a frenzy after a back-and-forth Twitter conversation teasing a new song, possibly titled "Monopoly."

On Wednesday night, Grande tweeted at her friend Monet, who co-wrote the pop star's seven-week Billboard Hot 100 No. 1 hit "7 Rings," writing: “man, let’s drop it tomorrow night @VictoriaMonet. seven rings is ab to be number one for eight weeks and the album might go back to no. 1 too.... we need to celebrate tbh ! life too short and too sweet rn.”

See the tweet below:

Monét -- who co-wrote six songs on Grande's latest Thank U, Next album -- quickly responded: “You ain’t neva lied and this moment waaay too special!! Let’s dooo it!”

Doubling down on her interest, Monét quote-tweeted Grande again with another message: “Yoo lets drop it Monday so we can celebrate an 8th week at number 1!!Cause this shit is insaaaane”

Apparently the song isn’t finished yet, but Grande says it will come out on Monday. (We should note: Monday is April Fools' Day, but Grande would never play with her fans' emotions like that, right?) “it’s also like .... not mastered or ready or delivered lmaooo," Grande said about the status of the song. "see, this is why i can’t go on twitter anymore. i get too excited and say shit i shouldn’t. however, monday is soon enough ! we love uuu.”

The last tweet from Monét appears to tease the song title as “Monopoly”: “Oh shit so it’s finna be #MonopolyMonday."

Stay tuned to Billboard to see when the new track drops.
