Dolly Parton has officially signed with True Public Relations. As Music Row first reported and Billboard confirmed, Marcel Pariseau of True PR will handle all media inquiries for Parton.

Beginning March 1, Pariseau will relocate from Los Angeles to Nashville in Parton’s home state of Tennessee. Prior to the official signing, Pariseau had been working with Parton for the last year.

Parton has been in the spotlight for the past few months thanks, to her involvement with the Netflix film Dumplin’ and her honoring as MusiCares' Person of the Year with all-star tributes at a private fundraiser and during the 61st annual Grammy Awards earlier this month. The prolific artist and businesswoman is also starring in and producing an eight-part Netflix series based on her music and opening a new wing of her theme park Dollywood in May.

Parton previously worked with Webster PR until its founder Kirt Webster was accused of sexual misconduct and abusing employees in 2017. Those claims led to clients quickly abanoning the firm, including Parton, before closing up shop.

Webster denies the more than 20 allegations against him and has launched a new website, telling The Tennessean, “I have never gone anywhere.”
