Allison Kaye Named Partner at Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings

Allison Kaye has been named partner at Scooter Braun's Ithaca Holdings, the company announced on Thursday (Feb. 21). Kaye has served as president of SB Projects since last July and before that was president of music since 2016.

"This public announcement is long overdue," said Braun in a statement. "Allison has acted as my partner for a decade. There would be no company without the genius and hard work of Allison Kaye. I'm honored to call her my friend and partner and know when I go in to the office tomorrow no one can put me in my place like Allison can. She is simply the best at what she does and we are all better for it. Here is to another decade of talking to each other every day, morning and night. I'm sure she isn't looking forward to it."

As president at SB Projects, Kaye has helped oversee all of the company's properties alongside Braun, including music, TV, film, social good, technology and lifestyle. Most recently. she oversaw the record-breaking release of Ariana Grande's new album, thank u, next, with the pop star claiming Nos. 1, 2 and 3 on Billboard Hot 100 -- becoming the first artist to achieve this since The Beatles in 1964.

SB Projects other clients include Justin Bieber, Zac Brown Band, Dan + Shay, Tori Kelly and others.

In a statement, Grande called Kaye "one of the most brilliant people in the galaxy." She continued, "I'm so excited about this. I can't imagine a more deserving person or a harder worker."

Kaye joined SB Projects as its first employee in 2007. Her other achievements include executive producing the Hand in Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Relief, which raised over $64 million for those affected by Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria; organizing the chart-topping remix of Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee's "Despacito" with Bieber; and playing a leading role organizing 2017's One Love Manchester Event, following the terrorist attack Grande's concert earlier that year. She has also been named in Billboard's annual Women in Music issue for the past five consecutive years.
